Where are your products made?
All our products are proudly designed and made in Kenya. We celebrate African craftsmanship, creating unique, high-quality pieces that reflect the richness of African culture while embracing the beauty, uniqueness, and versatility of the African woman's body.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes 6 through 30. Check our Size Guide for detailed bust, waist, and hip measurements — if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we do! We can customize outfits based on your measurements and design preferences. Custom orders may take 3-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design.
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, select your size and color, and add items to your cart. At checkout, choose to continue as a guest or sign in — either way, you'll send your order details to us via WhatsApp, and we'll confirm payment and delivery with you directly.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you save your delivery details for faster checkout next time and view your past orders under "My Account."
How do I track my past orders?
Sign in to your account and open the Orders tab — you'll see your order history there, including status updates as we process each order. Guest orders aren't linked to an account, so keep an eye on WhatsApp for updates on those.
I forgot my account password — what do I do?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email — we'll send you a reset link.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently arrange payment (e.g. M-Pesa) directly via WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Card and other online payment options are coming soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we deliver worldwide. We can arrange international shipping with couriers; delivery timelines and fees will be confirmed with you directly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Nairobi: same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00pm, next-day for orders placed after. Rest of Kenya: 1-2 business days. International: 1-10 business days depending on destination.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing your order. We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns, but we do offer exchanges — if your item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size or a different item of equal value. See our Shipping & Return Policy for full details.
Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Absolutely! If your item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for another size or a different item of equal value.
What if my item arrives damaged or the wrong size?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with photos of the item, and we'll sort out an exchange for you.
How do I care for my outfits?
Most of our pieces are made from cotton. To keep them looking their best: hand wash or machine wash cold with like colors, avoid bleach, iron on a low-medium heat setting (inside out if the piece has print or embroidery), and store folded or on padded hangers away from direct sunlight to preserve color and shape.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes — visit us at Kenya House Complex, 3rd Floor, Shop T20, along Koinange Street / Monrovia Street, Nairobi. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm (closed Sunday).
