Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation on WhatsApp. You'll be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

We deliver worldwide. We can arrange international shipping with couriers as needed.

Nairobi: same-day delivery for orders placed before 3:00pm, next-day for orders placed after
Rest of Kenya: 1-2 business days
International: 1-10 business days, depending on destination

Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.

Exchanges

We don't offer returns or refunds, but we do offer exchanges. If your item doesn't fit or isn't quite right, you can exchange it for another size or a different item of equal value within 7 days of delivery, provided it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
