Proudly designed and made in Kenya, Afriviv is a women's clothing brand that celebrates African craftsmanship and culture, creating unique, high-quality pieces that embrace the beauty, uniqueness, and versatility of the African woman's body. We offer sizes 6 through 30, so every woman can find her fit.
Our ready-to-wear pieces are designed to help you feel confident and stylish for everyday wear and special occasions alike. Our mission is to celebrate African craftsmanship through unique, high-quality pieces that make every woman feel seen.
2. Use of Website
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this Website.
- You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website.
- Afriviv reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.

- Creating an account is optional — you can check out as a guest at any time without registering.
- If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

- Afriviv reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
4. Product Information
- All products are described as accurately as possible, but colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
5. Orders and Payments
- By placing an order, you agree to purchase products in accordance with these Terms.
- Orders can be placed as a guest or while signed in to an account — either way, checkout is completed via WhatsApp, where payment (including mobile money such as M-Pesa) is arranged directly with our team. Online card payment is not yet available.
- Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.
- Afriviv reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are confirmed with you directly — see our Shipping & Return Policy for typical timeframes.
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance or courier delays).
- Afriviv is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
7. Exchanges
- We don't offer returns or refunds, but we do offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Afriviv or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from Afriviv.
